Work Request Received
Whether you've reached out to us directly through our website or your insurance provider has submitted the request, the first step is simple. We receive your request and immediately get to work on it.
Job Scheduling
After we receive your request, our team quickly schedules the job. We know how important it is to get things done quickly, so we make sure to send a technician your way as soon as possible.
Technician Visit
When our technician arrives at your home, they'll assess the problem with your appliance. If they find that a specific part is needed for the repair, don't worry—we'll handle everything, including requesting that part from your insurance provider.
Part Request Process
The part request usually takes about 7 to 10 business days. If you're an insurance customer, your insurance company will send you an email with a tracking number directly. This way, you can keep track of where the part is at any time.
Part Delivery
Once the part arrives at our WM Appliance facility, we don't waste any time. We'll get in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule the follow-up repair. If for some reason you haven't heard from us within that time, feel free to reach out—though honestly, we're usually ahead of the curve.
Rescheduling & Updates
If you need to reschedule or want an update, you've got options. You can do this through our ticket system, chat on our website at wmappliances.net, or by sending us a text at 510-900-0993.
Complex Cases Support
